INVESTMENT CRITERIA
Grackson Capital LLC will search for private companies that meet the following criteria at a minimum.
Low capex and working capital requirements
EBITDA between $600K and $1.5M
EBITDA margin above 15%
Minimum of 3 years positive cash flow
Low customer concentration
Privately held and U.S. Based

RYAN NELSON
Principal
Mr. Nelson has over 10 years of operations experience including 2 years as a six sigma black belt and nearly 5 years managing a 15+ person team of engineers. Mr. Nelson also founded a residential real estate company that held nearly $2M in assets and operated across 3 states. He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University, a MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois, and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with honors.
