Grackson Capital LLC is a holding company actively pursuing bolt-on acquisitions in the gate and access control sector. We are looking for owner-operated businesses whose founders want to see the company they built continue to grow.
Investment Criteria
Grackson Capital LLC will search for private companies that meet the following criteria at a minimum.
- Gate and access control sector
- Annual sales between $1 million and $3 million
- Low Capex with simple operations
- EBITDA margin above 15%
- Minimum of 3 years positive cash flow
- Privately held and U.S. Based

- Commercial and residential gate installation and service
- Gate operators, automation and repair
- Access control, keypad and intercom integration
- Fence companies with a gate and access control focus
